Strukturen är utvecklad som en box i en box och är byggd som en fristående volym i en befintlig lagerlokal i ett större byggnadskomplex. Med en begränsad budget och avsaknad av naturligt ljus är projektet baserat på enkla men effektiva idéer.
På grund av projektets budget undveks alla typer av specialanpassade komponenter till förmån för standardiserade byggelement vars format ytterligare artikulerades för att skänka rummet en känsla av omsorg och spatial rytm. För maximal flexibilitet finns det inga mellanväggar i strukturen. Speglar täcker den större delen av väggen mittemot entrén, vilket visuellt utökar strukturens rymd. Projektet bygger på en begränsad material- och färgpalett för att skapa ett neutral, lugn och välkomnande sportklubb.

Conceived as a box within a box, the structure is built as a freestanding volume inside an existing warehouse. With a limited budget and an absence of natural light, the project was built around minimal but effective ideas.
To avoid the extra cost of customisatio, the theme was instead to further articulate the measures of the standard modular plasterboard, thus giving the space a sense of care and order. The effect is a space with a ballroom-like quality as a contrast to the sparse warehouse. For maximum flexility of use, there are no partition walls within the club. Mirrors cover the bigger part of the wall opposite of the entrance, increasing the perceived size of the space. A limited material and color palette is used creating a neutral, calm and welcoming space.
